Windy Countryside

Near Brenham, Texas, Windy Countryside is a master-planned development that brings together hospitality, rural living and land stewardship on a single site. The master plan is organized around four connected components.

Countryside Venue and Community Grounds. At the heart of the project, roughly two acres are dedicated to an event venue and community gathering spaces, envisioned as a premier destination for weddings, private celebrations, corporate retreats and community events. The experience centers on the natural beauty of the Texas countryside: a main event hall, outdoor ceremony lawns, landscaped gardens, reception and gathering areas, walking trails, guest amenities and parking integrated into the landscape.

Equestrian Component. A dedicated equestrian lot anchors the rural identity of the development and ties the community to the working character of the land.

Environmental Stewardship and Wildlife Preservation. A core principle of the project is preserving and enhancing the site's natural environment. Extensive green spaces protect local ecosystems and sustain native wildlife, particularly the deer populations common throughout the Brenham area.

Exclusive Residential Community. Six estate-sized lots, each exceeding one acre, are positioned to maximize privacy, open views and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.
